Our Retingent Agreement is designed as an economical solution for when our clients need a committed, consistent outsource to partner with in filling their most difficult or urgent needs.
More cost-conscious than a Retainer, and more prioritized than a Contingent Search, our Retingent Search Program requires a smaller up front financial commitment from our client(s).
As a Retingent Search client, Fuze HR will assign a specific National Account Manager and Recruiting team to your project(s); tasked to seek out, qualify, and deliver top-talent to our client until the search is successfully completed. This is a per position option that affords Fuze HR the ability to dedicate our resources to our clients needs, and allows our clients to utilize our consultants on a more dedicated, client-centric basis.
