RETAINED SEARCH
Our Retained Search option allows our clients to maximize the talent of our internal resources, consultants, account managers, administrators, in a more “all hands on deck” approach.
On a Retained Search Assignment, Fuze HR will commit to submitting top-talented candidates, on an agreed to, consistent time table, until the position(s) is filled.
Under this Agreement, our clients commit to paying an agreed percentage of the candidate’s first year annual base salary or total compensation package as a Fee for Fuze HR’s services.
This Fee is paid in three installments.
The installment arrangements are customized to our individual client, but in most cases are 30% of the total fee paid upon initiating the search assignment, 30% paid at an agreed time frame during the search assignment, and the final installment paid 30 days after the successful completion of the search assignment. In a Retained Search, we will dedicate ourselves to meeting targeted metrics throughout the search process, maintain constant communication with our clients weekly, and deliver the data required to show our commitment to your needs.
