Fuze HR works with several clients on open-ended, competitive contingent search assignment for one reason: we can fill them. Our Search Consultants spend hours qualifying our candidates, searching out those who are current with industry trends, companies, skill sets, and experience. Fuze HR digs deep for our candidates, not wide, and we understand that for us to absorb the risk of a Contingency Fee Agreement, our product has to be the best.

There are NO financial commitments on our client's behalf unless they hire our candidate. Our portfolio of candidates, our process management, our commitment, our follow-through, and our service of the "sale" are key components to building relationships, not transactions.
